Choose a repair, add one to four clear photos, describe the issue and leave your contact details. After you submit, save your private request link. Gold Fixers reviews the details and updates that page with an estimate or next-step information.
No. Every estimate is reviewed by a person. Photos help start the assessment, but hidden wear, metal condition and stone security may need an in-person inspection before a final quote.
The website shows your confirmation and private tracking link immediately after a successful submission. It does not send automatic emails. Save the link; Gold Fixers can follow up separately using the details you provide.
Include the whole piece and a close-up of the damage. A hallmark or fastening can also be useful. Use a plain background and natural light. Do not include faces, identification documents or unrelated personal information.
Yes. Tap “Take a photo” to use your device’s camera where supported, or “Choose photos” to upload from your gallery. JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 10 MB each are resized before upload. If your phone image format is unsupported, take a new photo or export it as JPG.
No customer account or payment details are needed. Submitting a request does not book an appointment or authorize a repair.
Many chains can be repaired, depending on construction and the strength of the remaining links. Hollow links, plating, widespread wear or earlier repairs can limit the options. Share clear photos to start an assessment.
No. Metal, settings, engravings, band condition and the size change all matter. Eternity bands, tension settings and alternative metals can need a different approach.
The work, materials, parts and condition determine the quote. We do not publish a universal price for repairs that need assessment. Confirm the total in CAD, tax treatment and what is included before agreeing to work.
Timing is confirmed individually after reviewing the repair and any parts needed. Mention an important date in your request. Do not assume a same-day or guaranteed turnaround.
Please confirm assessment and visit arrangements with Gold Fixers before travelling. Our Google profile links to published contact information and directions.
No. Photos are stored privately. The repair desk can access them, and anyone with your unguessable private request link can view that request’s repair details and photos. Keep your link private. See the privacy notice for more about how the information is used.
